Beyond Finance is seeking a driven Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Strategy & Operations team. Acting as an internal strategy and implementation group, we partner directly with the Executive Team to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.

The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, strong analytical horsepower, and a passion for operational excellence; thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is eager to deliver real results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 1-2 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy, or a high-growth startup.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models.
• Strong grasp of financial and business fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority projects from ideation to implementation.
• Support growth initiatives, process improvements, and customer experience enhancements.
• Contribute to financial and strategic analyses with data and models.
• Maintain and update project roadmaps with tracking and documentation of improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to develop and implement impactful solutions.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs to track performance.
