You will move between strategy and execution oversight, advising senior client stakeholders and driving measurable growth.

This is a client-facing, entrepreneurial marketing leadership role within our Outsourced Growth & Marketing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Approximately 7+ years of progressive marketing, growth, consulting, agency, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor and primary senior relationship lead for Growth & Marketing clients.
• Assess client objectives, marketing capabilities, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Develop integrated growth and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Translate business challenges into priorities, recommendations, and actionable plans.
• Lead strategic client meetings, planning sessions, and performance discussions.
• Provide senior-level oversight of deliverables to ensure strategic soundness and alignment.
• Identify changing client needs and adjust strategy or scope accordingly.
• Build trusted relationships with executives, business owners, and marketing leaders.
