Job summary

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to guide strategic planning, evaluate high-impact opportunities, and enable data-driven decisions that fuel growth. You will partner with leaders to identify priorities and develop rigorous analyses to inform initiatives.

You will translate ambiguous business problems into structured questions, support the enterprise strategic plan, and create executive-ready materials to drive decisions across MSK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a strategic, consulting, or analytic role.
• Strong skills in strategy development, planning and business development.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) experience.
• Experience with SQL or a dashboard tool (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguous information into high-quality analyses.
