Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a commercially minded Strategy & Content Analytics Manager to help grow our Legal News brands, including Law360, Law360 Pulse, MLex and Mealey’s. You will synthesize customer insight, market data and competitive intelligence into actionable plans that shape product direction and go-to-market strategy.

In this role you’ll lead research and analysis across teams, develop business cases, and present senior leaders with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategy, go-to-market planning, market research, product marketing, commercial analysis, consulting or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Experience interpreting customer, market or competitor research and translating findings into practical recommendations.
• Strong project-management skills and the ability to coordinate work across multiple teams.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Confidence producing clear, senior-level presentations and reports.
• Ability to work independently on defined projects, manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail.
• Commercial curiosity and the ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous questions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver customer, market and competitor research using surveys, interviews, business data and external sources.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to identify customer needs, purchasing criteria, market trends and opportunities for growth.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new products, propositions and initiatives, including target audiences, value propositions, positioning, launch plans and measures of success.
• Produce competitive assessments that explain how our products are positioned and where propositions can be strengthened.
• Support business cases, investment and M&A proposals and annual planning by assessing demand, opportunity, costs and risks.
• Translate research into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Create high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for leaders and teams.
• Monitor implementation and results of initiatives and adjust as needed.
