About the Role
As a member of the Growth Strategy team, you will own the performance management infrastructure that keeps Charlie Health's Outreach organization accountable as it scales. - Support deployment of organization‑wide goals by ensuring tracking infrastructure is in place from day one and performance against targets is visible to the right stakeholders.
