Your Opportunity to Lead Growth in Staffing and Recruiting

This leadership role is ideal for individuals who are committed to shaping the future of workforce development. You will engage with HR leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies that enhance organizational performance. While this is a remote role, you will collaborate virtually and occasionally visit client sites to ensure best practices are being followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent that aligns with client needs.
  • Leadership & Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to internal recruiting teams and clients on best practices in hiring, talent development, and workforce management.
  • Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met with high-quality candidates.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize data-driven approaches to assess and refine recruitment processes, ensuring continuous improvement in time-to-hire, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
  • Training & Facilitation: Lead virtual and in-person training sessions on recruitment strategies, talent management, and best practices for client teams.
