You will work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product managers to design, implement, and optimize growth initiatives that scale Anthropic’s AI-powered tools and maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in user growth, activation, retention, or monetization, or in revenue-focused advertising.
• Full-stack web development (React frontend and backend) with data analysis and experimentation frameworks.
• Data-driven problem solving with strong pattern recognition in user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions to support user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Design and run A/B tests to optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and subscription conversions.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to translate growth opportunities into technical requirements.
