Job summary

OneSeven Tech, a Miami-based AI-enabled software agency, seeks a Growth & SEO Analyst to scale its US B2B tech footprint. You will own paid acquisition and organic growth strategies targeting IT decision-makers and turn campaigns into qualified pipeline.

This hands-on role focuses on Google Ads and SEO initiatives, with 20 hours/week remote from Latin America and EST hours. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the Marketing Specialist and SDR.

Qualifications

3-4+ years of experience running marketing campaigns targeting the US market.
Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
Background in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT / tech services industry.
Experience marketing software development or AI services.
Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms.
Solid understanding of marketing and growth strategies (acquisition, conversion, retention).
Portfolio showcasing relevant campaigns and results.
Availability to work 20 hours/week aligned with EST business hours.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting US B2B audiences.
Design and execute growth strategies to generate qualified leads in the IT market.
Drive SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance, iterating based on data.
Work side by side with the Marketing team, including a Marketing Specialist and an SDR, reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the CEO.
Own campaign results end-to-end, from strategy to measurable outcomes.
