The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to travel. Evening availability is required and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required, front of room one-to-many sales experience is a plus.
• Evening availability required.
• Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process.
• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality customer service, facilitating and promoting thoughtful dialog for participants in seminars to promote active learning and eventual engagement with Sechler Law Firm
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate discussions and field questions within the scope of the presentation
• Lead one-to-many sales workshops for potential clients
• Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
• Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads
• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities
• Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
