Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a software engineer working on production web applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing a team of engineers.
• Strong communication skills with ability to grasp and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated empathy and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers as a player-coach.
• Coordinate projects, set priorities, and drive delivery of features for customers.
