Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a data role such as analytics engineering, data engineering, or data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Deep expertise in data warehouse architecture and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with a modern data stack (Snowflake, Airflow, dbt).
• Ability to influence data quality standards and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable data models and ELT pipelines and reporting solutions.
• Define the analytics engineering data strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a team of analytics engineers.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data products.
• Promote adoption of self-service data tools and best practices.
