• Human Resources & Compliance: maintain accurate employee records; monitor caregiver compliance; verify licenses, trainings, and certifications.
• Recruiting & Onboarding: communicate with applicants and new hires; assist with onboarding and paperwork; manage applicant records.
• Payroll Support: assist with payroll administration and related documentation; review pay info and reimbursements; support payroll processing.
• Caregiver Support: provide policy and system guidance to caregivers; answer questions; support training requirements.
• Team Collaboration: support HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Operations, and Leadership; participate in process improvements; maintain confidentiality.
