• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications where required by state/local law.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Strong communication and teamwork to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere to encourage guest return.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar area.
