Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking energetic bartenders to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced bar and dining setting. You’ll craft drinks, ensure accuracy with the POS system, and collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to keep service smooth.

A focus on safety and guest satisfaction is required throughout every shift. Eligible candidates are 18+, with at least 6 months of bartending experience, and must meet local food safety and alcohol-service certifications.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and guest driven with a passion for providing outstanding service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Dependable, team oriented, and motivated to create a great guest experience every shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout an entire shift.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 6 months of bartending experience required.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that extend past 12:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Deliver friendly, fast, and attentive service to every guest.
• Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies.
• Practice safe food handling and responsible alcohol service at all times.
• Process guest orders accurately using the POS system.
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to provide an outstanding dining experience.
• Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar area.
