FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in College Station, TX is hiring Licensed Physical Therapists (DPT) for outpatient care in Bryan, TX and surrounding areas. New graduates are welcome to apply, with pelvic floor experience a plus.

You’ll deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative, innovative clinic. The role offers base salary of $95,000–$99,000 with monthly bonuses, a $2,500 retention bonus, flexible scheduling, employer-subsidized health insurance, retirement plan with 3.5% employer

Qualifications

• DPT required or eligible for licensure in Texas.
• Licensed in Texas or eligible for licensure.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Pelvic floor experience or interest is a plus.
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills are essential.
• Passion for outpatient, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient PT setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Treat a diverse caseload.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Prompt (EMR).
• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff.
• Build relationships with referral sources and the local community.
