Job summary

Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth. You will own how new users discover, learn about, and decide to start using Figma—from logged-out experiences to discovery channels.

In collaboration with Growth Marketing and EDU initiatives, you will build experiments, optimize search visibility, and connect product work to measurable business value. This is a full-time role, remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing/business functions.
• Track record of data-driven experimentation and delivering impact.
• Deep user empathy and ability to navigate complex product spaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strategy for driving new user acquisition across Figma's product suite.
• Build a portfolio of experiments and features for logged-out and sign-up experiences.
• Build and optimize systems to improve visibility in traditional and generative search.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing to enable rapid experimentation and measurement.
• Own the EDU product strategy to grow students and educators into lifelong users.
