Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth. You will own how new users discover, learn about, and decide to start using Figma—from logged-out experiences to discovery channels.

In collaboration with Growth Marketing and EDU initiatives, you will build experiments, optimize search visibility, and connect product work to measurable business value. This is a full-time role, remote in the United States.

Pay Transparency Disclosure Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. Figma also offers sales incentive compensation for most sales roles and an annual bonus plan for eligible non-sales roles.
