Figma is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate user acquisition and top-of-funnel growth. You will own how new users discover, learn about, and decide to start using Figma across logged-out experiences and discovery channels.

This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States. You will partner with Growth Marketing and own the EDU product strategy to engage students and educators with Figma's AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience leading major product or growth initiatives across user-facing products.
• Demonstrated ability to connect team-level work to broader business and user value through metrics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within product, marketing, and business teams.
• Deep user empathy with the ability to navigate complex product spaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive new user acquisition strategy across Figma's product suite.
• Experiment logged-out and sign-up experiences to boost discovery and conversion.
• Improve visibility in traditional and generative search experiences.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing for rapid experimentation and measurement.
• Own the EDU product strategy to engage students and educators.
