Job summary

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner to help clinicians reduce administrative burden and improve patient care. We’re looking for someone to define the approach and strategy for your pod—whether it covers distribution, engagement, monetisation, or first-time experience—and to map Heidi’s future state and remove obstacles to that vision.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously, using data and experimentation to guide decisions.

• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data and experimentation.
