Heidi is building the next generation of clinical intelligence. As Product Manager, you will own how clinicians and health systems interact with structured health data, analytics, and AI-native experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical or analytical field (e.g., CS, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics).
• 4+ years in product, infrastructure, or technical roles.
• Strong design sense and belief that great design transforms user experience.
• Able to discuss infrastructure trade-offs with leadership.
• Curious about production-scale software systems.
• Experience with data products or platforms is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools and models concepts is desirable.
• Fluency with core LLM concepts and systems.
• Bias toward building over requesting; strong point of view.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for Heidi’s intelligence products.
• Build intelligent experiences from clinical data to improve care.
• Own reporting, analytics, and insight surfaces for customers.
• Scope and ship AI-native features turning data into insights.
• Align customer needs with business goals to drive retention.
• Prioritise new capabilities and data quality improvements.
• Collaborate with AI and product teams to stay ahead of models.
• Work with engineering on architecture trade-offs.
• Spot and consolidate cross-team patterns.
