Job summary

Duolingo is seeking a Product Manager to lead growth initiatives aimed at improving user retention and daily active users. You will own the strategy and execution of a new growth team, collaborating with design, writing, engineering, and data science to deliver engaging experiences.

You will drive end-to-end feature life cycles from ideation to iteration, using experiments and data to inform decisions and scale successful ideas across the user base.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager for a consumer mobile product.
• Ownership of growth-related features with retention metrics.
• Strong product instincts and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for a new growth team, shipping and iterating on solutions.
• Drive the team road map across high-impact workstreams with DAUs as the north star.
• Lead features through ideation, prioritization, development, launch, analysis, and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, ML/AI partners, writers, and designers to improve retention.
• Improve core metrics like retention and feature adoption.
• Partner with leadership to shape direction of a top Duolingo team.
