Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) Salary range: $187,946 - $ 258,426 USD annually plus an annual bonus.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, commercial strategy, or a related discipline. Demonstrated experience developing growth strategies and translating where-to-play and how-to-win choices into executable plans. Strong commercial and financial capability, including P&L management, forecasting, business cases, ROI, and multi-year planning. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical, storytelling, and executive communication skills. People-management experience with a track record of coaching talent and building team capability.
