Haleon is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Co-Op in Warren, NJ to organize and review historical FDA submissions, correspondence, and regulatory documents. You will help build a centralized knowledge repository supporting future submissions and product development.
This 6-month, full-time position offers exposure to consumer health products, including OTC medicines, devices, and dietary supplements, with in-office presence required three days per week.

The Regulatory Affairs Co-Op will support Haleon's U.S. Regulatory Affairs team by organizing, reviewing, and categorizing historical FDA submissions, correspondence, and regulatory documentation. This role will help build a centralized repository of regulatory knowledge that can be leveraged to support future submissions, product development activities, and innovation efforts. Regulatory Affairs sits at the intersection of many business functions, including Research & Development, Clinical, Quality, Safety, and Commercial teams. Through this co‑op, students will gain exposure to the regulatory processes that support a diverse portfolio of consumer healthcare products, including OTC medicines, medical devices, and dietary supplements. The role provides an excellent introduction to the consumer health and pharmaceutical industries while developing skills in regulatory documentation, data management, and regulatory systems.
Compensation for this Co Op is based on academic standing and degree program: Freshman: $20.00/hour Sophomore: $22.50/hour Junior: $24.50/hour Senior: $26.00/hour Master's Student (Non-Engineering): $28.00/hour Master's Student (Engineering): $30.00/hour
