WPP Media is seeking a Director, Growth to lead the end-to-end execution of Tier 2 and 3 new business pitches, while supporting Tier 1 opportunities with strategic direction. You will mentor junior team members, optimize processes, and build enduring client relationships through compelling pitches.

You will manage cross-functional teams across disciplines, drive narrative development, and ensure outputs meet WPP Media's high standards of quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pitch process for Tier 2 & 3 pitches.
• Drive the written deliverables, creative assets, and presentation content.
• Establish and define key workstreams and owners for all pitch phases.
• Manage execution and deliver on objectives of overall pitch vision.
• For Tier 1 pitches, drive deadlines, project plans and timelines.
• Provide clear communications and strategic direction to Growth teams.
