Job summary

Propper International, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager, Performance & Growth to lead Propper’s paid digital marketing. You will own media programs across Google, Microsoft, and Meta, while influencing SEO, conversion, and retention efforts to drive revenue growth.

This hands-on role requires an analytical marketer who leverages media investment, audience strategy, and product data to deliver profitable growth. On-site in St. Charles with up to 20% travel and full-time exempt status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Ecommerce, Data Analytics, or Communications is required.
• Minimum of three years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with external agencies, technology partners, or digital marketing vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid media programs across Google Search, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, paid social, and programmatic display.
• Develop bottom-of-funnel strategies focused on acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Monitor budgets, allocate spend, and optimize campaigns for ROAS and CPA targets.
• Analyze data across GA4 and GTM to improve attribution, landing-page performance, and customer behavior.
