Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a quantitative discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Ads) and paid social (Meta, TikTok), plus programmatic/DSP media.
• Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-channel budgets, reporting and creative strategy.
• Media agency experience and skincare/beauty brand familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build full-funnel growth strategies spanning paid search, paid social, and Amazon media across Innisfree, Mamonde, and Hanyul.
• Drive performance and efficiency across national and retail media channels with key metrics.
• Develop strategic, integrated media plans for major retail and brand moments (Prime Day, product launches).
• Understand the consumer journey across DTC, retail media, and marketplaces.
• Manage multi-brand catalogs and large media budgets while meeting monthly targets.
• Analyze campaign data, test new formats, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reporting across brands and channels.
