Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.
• Develop new referral partnerships and healthcare staffing relationships.
• Represent Right at Home at networking events, health fairs, presentations, and community outreach activities.
• Track outreach, referral activity, and business development goals; collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives.
