Convertive (By Outhad) is seeking a part-time Growth & Partnerships Intern in a remote, NYC-focused role. You will identify ecommerce brands, reach out to decision-makers, and book short discovery calls while supporting event activities.

This is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to explore startups, AI-powered marketing, and DTC growth. Expected hours are 10–15 per week with an initial paid 2-week trial and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate located in or near NYC.
• Comfortable reaching out to founders and ecommerce operators.
• Organized and able to maintain clean lead lists.

Responsibilities

• Research NY-based DTC/ecommerce brands across verticals.
• Identify decision-makers and build lead lists with contact details.
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and campus networks to book calls.
• Schedule discovery calls and help invite operators to events.
• Track outreach and feedback in a shared CRM or spreadsheet.
