Job summary

FGF Brands is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the team in identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives. You will coordinate projects, conduct market research, and assist in developing proposals and presentations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in business development, sales, or marketing support.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of business development projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches.
• Support the business development team in managing client relationships, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, sales activities, and progress on business development initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key findings, sales performance, and strategic recommendations.
• Provide general administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing team events.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and initiatives.
