Job summary

WellBrook Recovery in Wisconsin is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to expand our referral network in behavioral health and addiction treatment. You’ll build relationships with hospitals, providers, and community partners to grow our Wisconsin footprint.

You have existing connections within Wisconsin’s behavioral health community, can travel as needed, and excel at coordinating with admissions and clinical teams to ensure smooth referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, outreach, admissions, or account management within a drug & alcohol treatment center or behavioral health organization.
• Strong understanding of the addiction treatment continuum of care.
• Existing professional relationships within Wisconsin's behavioral health or healthcare community.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, health systems, therapists, counselors, treatment providers, EAPs, unions, employee health programs, physician groups, recovery organizations, courts, first responders, and community partners.
• Represent WellBrook Recovery throughout your territory at meetings, conferences, networking events, and educational presentations.
• Develop new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
• Serve as a trusted resource by helping referral partners navigate insurance, levels of care, and appropriate treatment options.
• Work closely with admissions and clinical teams to ensure a seamless referral experience.
• Meet with key decision-makers and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
