Job summary

Vantage Prime Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time on-site role. You will receive, store, pick, pack and ship goods, and help maintain accurate inventory while supporting a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic computer skills, and is comfortable working in a warehouse setting. Experience in logistics is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update them regularly.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts as needed.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
