Qualifications

• ABET-accredited Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of professional structural engineering experience.
• EIT required; PE preferred in Connecticut.
• Proficiency in structural design software and basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Apply structural engineering fundamentals to assigned design tasks under supervision.
• Assist with REVIT drafting and improve modeling skills.
• Mentor junior staff and interns; provide technical guidance.
• Support construction site visits and observation of existing conditions.
• Collaborate with architectural/engineering design teams.
