Strickland Brothers is hiring a Shop Manager in Atoka, OK to lead a fast-paced service center. You will oversee daily operations, coach your team, and drive performance across oil changes, sales, and customer satisfaction.

You will work as a working leader, supporting service operations alongside your team and growing into higher leadership roles as you improve shop metrics and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a service or retail setting.
• Strong coaching and people development capabilities.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and training staff.
• Operational discipline with focus on efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service center team.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support employee development.
• Foster a positive team environment aligned with the Strickland Brothers Way.
• Oversee daily shop operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage workflow by assigning technician roles and maintaining efficient service flow.
• Ensure the shop remains clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Drive shop performance by monitoring service volume, sales, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Create weekly schedules and manage labor to support operational needs.
• Partner with the Area Manager to review performance and set shop goals.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and complete inventory counts.
• Manage cash handling procedures including daily deposits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
