Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for a designated portfolio of customers.
• Build relationships with key contacts to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
• Proactively check in with customers to identify needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing, availability, and timelines are correct.
• Track open quotes and follow up to move deals through the pipeline.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor at-risk accounts.
• Support AE in retention strategies and look for upsell opportunities.
