Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a General Manager in Brandon, MS to execute the store plan, manage staffing, training, and operations to maximize customer satisfaction and profits. You will work with the district team to hit sales targets, control costs, and implement local marketing initiatives.

The GM will lead training, establish store standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and ensure compliance with policies. Experience in restaurant management and a college degree in operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets and sets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy’s in the community.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Trains and mentors management team; promotes high-performing crew members to leadership roles.
• Maintains store systems for consistent operations and customer satisfaction.
• Reviews weekly P&L and communicates variances to DM and staff.
• Maintains staffing plans and ensures co-managers have adequate bench strength.
• Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
