Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales, or related military service.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively grow customer relationships through appointments and referrals.
• Educate customers and refer to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on online and mobile banking tools and bank technology.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology and policies; follow all regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
