You’ll work either independently or with a team to meet daily goals, record production data in basic systems, and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse/production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on work.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components, cap and repack bottles, and build product kits.
• Work independently or with a team to meet daily production goals.
• Record production information using basic computer and ERP systems.
• Identify and report defective parts, quality concerns, or equipment issues.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members to maintain quality and productivity.
• Help support overall production and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.
