Job summary

Amphenol Aerospace Operations in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Cable Assembler to join a brand new facility. You will read blueprints, follow instructions, and assemble cables and wire harnesses with a focus on quality and safety.

You will perform in-process checks, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with a team to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. Experience in wiring, labeling and soldering is helpful; IPC/WHMA knowledge is desirable; competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wire harness/cable assembly in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand layouts, blueprints, schematics and work from instructions.
• Basic AS‑9100 knowledge desired.
• IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 Modules 1‑8 required; J‑STD‑001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and follow blueprints and job instructions to accurately assemble product.
• Perform in-process checks to ensure products meet internal and customer quality standards.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and safety procedures.
• Maintain and clean a safe work area.
