Job summary

MBI Industrial Medicine is seeking a Center Therapy Director in Colorado Springs to lead our flagship PT clinic near Garden of the Gods. You will steer the PT team, collaborate with in-house medical and operations staff, and uphold best-in-class injury care for industrial athletes.

The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and financial stewardship while offering a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and the opportunity to join the Manual Therapy Institute path or fellowship.

Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state PT license.
• Current CPR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Physical Therapy Department at the Center alongside leadership.
• Provide PT quality oversight and identify clinical improvement opportunities.
• Attend and co-lead weekly Clinic Leadership Team meetings.
• Assess staff strengths and developmental opportunities; provide training and incentives.
• Foster peer-based learning and engagement; drive KPI results with leadership.
