Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current state PT license.
• Current CPR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Physical Therapy department and oversee staff.
• Conduct evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and referrals.
• Ensure HIPAA confidentiality and medical record management.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive KPI results.
