In this role you will assist with implementing care plans, assess and document patient progress, instruct patients in exercises and daily activities, and help maintain a safe, compliant clinical environment to promote wellness and recovery.

Qualifications

• Associate Physical Therapist Degree is required.
• Yearly maintenance of CEUs is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists by implementing prescribed rehabilitation programs to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Assess patients through interviews and physical examinations to update the Plan of Care.
• Document patient care in charts and department records.
• Provide patient education on regimens and wellness strategies.
• Maintain infection-control and safe working practices.
• Support billing and ensure accurate documentation.
