Responsibilities

• Assists physical therapists in implementing patient care rehabilitation programs to reduce pain and increase mobility, function and strength.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Instructs and counsels patients on therapeutic regimens and wellness information.
• Develops and implements patient management plans to provide continuity of care.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment and adheres to infection-control policies.
