Job summary

Blessing Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to assess patient health problems and resources, and to support development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of care plans with the Therapy team. This role provides PTA care across age groups from neonate to geriatric and requires alignment with the hospital's mission and core values while supporting Safety/Performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Illinois PTA license or authority from the Department of Professional Regulation.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient/family health problems and resources and support development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan of care.
• Provide technical PTA care and interventions to assigned patient populations.
