Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to empower clients in our behavioral health programs. You will work in a collaborative environment that supports licensure progress and professional growth.

Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, delivering outpatient therapy, and creating safety and wellness plans while coordinating with psychiatric and administrative teams. Compensation reflects billable unit ranges and licensure status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, treatment plans and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and fellow therapists.
