Job summary

Columbia Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is hiring licensed therapists to deliver outpatient mental health services to diverse communities. You will work in a collaborative team, develop treatment plans, and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development to support licensure progress.

The role emphasizes culturally sensitive assessments, safety planning, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and ethical practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background that leads to or has resulted in professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms on time.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.

Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field
