DaMar Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Private Pay Biller to join its finance team. You will manage monthly billing, post payments, and follow up on outstanding balances while maintaining accurate customer records and timely communications.

Collaboration with internal teams, attention to aging reports, and proactive problem solving are essential as you contribute to month-end close and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or collections experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and overall computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt in a growing, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly billing and follow up on outstanding account balances.
• Maintain customer account information, including account status changes and billing records.
• Monitor aging reports and proactively resolve outstanding balances.
• Post payments, charges, and account adjustments accurately.
• Complete daily cash deposits and maintain cash balance records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accounts are billed correctly.
• Prepare month-end reports and support financial reconciliation activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
