Job summary

Catalyst Acoustics Group is seeking a Junior Buyer in Dublin, OH to assist in procurement of goods and services for operational needs. You will support the purchasing team, maintain records, and help ensure timely delivery of materials as part of the company's growth.

The role requires 2–3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing, ERP and Kanban familiarity, and strong MS Office skills. Travel to suppliers may be required; non-exempt, full-time position in Purchasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP systems with Kanban knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and general PC use.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: review signals, place purchase orders, expedite to meet production and customer requirements.
• Support Customer Service by updating lead-times and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales on new product introductions, including supplier selection and prototyping.
