Job summary

Goken, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a procurement professional to support the purchasing lifecycle for raw materials, equipment, tooling, and services. You will collaborate in a small team, manage POs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a BS in business administration and 0–3 years in procurement, ideally in automotive. Strong MS Office skills and SAP experience are a plus in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business administration or related field.
• 0-3 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in supply chain and/or procurement for automotive products preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a multinational team environment.
• Experience using SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order management including PO creation and delivery to vendors.
• Handle order receipt, vendor delivery dates, and quality issues.
• Support receiving and manage invoice activities for POs.
• Resolve issues and ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Maintain information flow and update systems with current data.
• Assist with development and execution of contracts.
• Support competitive bid analysis and negotiations.
• Travel with suppliers when requested.
