Job summary

Goken America is seeking a procurement professional to support the full purchasing lifecycle for raw materials, equipment, tooling, and services in its Dublin, Ohio operations. You will work in a small team, manage POs, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and cost objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, SAP experience, CAD familiarity, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to liaise across multinational teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of procurement experience with a BS in Business Administration or relevant experience.
• Experience with CAD drawings and prototype parts.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading meetings with external partners, including negotiation and delivery discussions.
• Experience leading QCD discussions with suppliers.
• Experience using SAP.
• Strong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multinational team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order management and supplier coordination.
• Track vendor delivery dates and resolve issues.
• Support contract development and bid analysis.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Coordinate information flow and ensure data accuracy in systems.
• Assist travel when required.
