Hennion & Walsh, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Internal Wholesaler Trainee in Parsippany, NJ to build relationships with third-party distributors and support an External Wholesaler in driving regional sales.

This in-person role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset. The position offers a base salary of $50,000 per year plus variable compensation, with full medical and dental benefits and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 63 required.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telephone sales calls to third party distributors within regions to build rapport and promote financial products.
• Increase market penetration by setting appointments for the External Wholesaler.
• Deliver product updates and proactively cultivating leads for new products.
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries, literature requests, and service issues.
• Work in coordination with the External Wholesaler to achieve regional sales goals and retain assets.
• Resolve any operational issues as they relate to clients of the assigned territory.
